Shipping Costs & Transit Time
We offer the following shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we also offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. Please note that any additional customs fees are not covered by I Wear Dolls.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes.
These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer directly to U.S. customs or the courier upon delivery.We recommend checking your local customs regulations for more details.Thank you for your understanding and support
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure timely processing, orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to modify the address if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it following our return policy once you receive it.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We thoroughly inspect every order before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.
