30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return, all products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. If there are any stains or dirt on the products, a €5 fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Ship the Items: Package your items securely and send them back to us at the address below. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility if you are returning the item for reasons other than a defect or incorrect description.

I Wear Dolls ensures that all products will be shipped in complete, high-quality condition. If you receive an incomplete or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Simply return the item to us at our expense, and we’ll send you a new one.
Color Guarantee
Our waterproof jewelry is designed to retain its color over time, so you can enjoy it for years to come. I Wear Dolls offers a 1-year guarantee against complete color loss due to manufacturing defects. If your item experiences color loss within this period, please follow these steps:
- Send Photos: Email pictures of the defective item to info@iweardolls.com for evaluation.
- Return the Item: Once we’ve confirmed the defect, return the item to us for inspection.
- Replacement or Credit: If the product is no longer in stock, you can choose a replacement of the same value or a gift card for the item’s value.
