Return & Exchange Policy
Jewelry/Charms
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
If items are returned with stains or dirt, a €5 fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
Swimwear
Bikinis can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the hygiene liner is intact and original tags are attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

The hygiene sticker has been removed or damaged

The bikini shows signs of wear, stains, or has been washed
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, an incorrect shipping address, or the recipient not being available at the time of delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to refund shipping costs, taxes, or duties. These costs are charged by the carrier and are non-refundable.
Once the item has been safely returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product value only.

Email us to initiate your return and receive a tracking number.
If the return is due to product damage, please attach a clear photo of the item. -
Ship the Items
Pack your items securely and send them to the return address below.-
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or error in the item description.

If your return is due to a fault or incorrect product listing, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is complete.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the exchange.
If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Guarantees
Product Guarantee
We guarantee all products are shipped in perfect, high-quality condition.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete item, we will replace it free of charge. Simply return the product at our expense, and we’ll send a replacement.
Color Guarantee
Our waterproof jewelry is designed to retain its color. We offer a 1-year guarantee against complete color loss due to manufacturing defects.
If your jewelry loses color within this period:

Send Photos – Email us at info@iweardolls.com with photos of the defective item.

Return the Item – Once confirmed, return the item for inspection.

Replacement or Store Credit – If the item is out of stock, you may choose a replacement of equal value or receive a store credit.
Shipping Policy

If your shipping information is incorrect or you wish to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
After this period, we are not responsible for errors and additional shipping charges may apply.
